If you’ve ever had a desire to learn scuba diving, embark on extraordinary adventures and explore the world beneath the ocean’s surface.
This is your starting point!

The PADI Open Water Diver Course program imparts fundamental knowledge and skills related to scuba diving. The curriculum is designed to facilitate a swift grasp of essential dive theory and water skills, essential for achieving the status of a proficient and secure diver. Upon completion, you’ll be empowered to engage in independent dives alongside a certified dive partner.

Attain your scuba diving certification through the PADI Open Water Diver Course, a globally renowned and widely embraced program for diving education.

Choose the locations of your Open Water dives, either at Ao Nang Local Islands or at Phi Phi Islands.

PADI Open Water Diver Course Organization

The PADI Open Water Diver Course consists of three main phases :

Knowledge development (online independent study or in the classroom) to understand basic principles of scuba diving.
You can start this learning before arriving for your PADI diving course.

Confined water dives in our undercover pool at the Sawasdee Divers dive centre.
The only custom diver training pool in Ao Nang.

Open water dives (4 dives) in the ocean to use your new skills and explore.

There are two course options available relating to where you take your open water dives;
Local Islands: All four dives are at Ao Nang local islands dive sites.
Phi Phi Islands: Two dives are at Ao Nang local island and two dives are at different dive sites at the Phi Phi Islands
