We strongly advise maintaining a minimum of 18 to 24 hours between your last dive and your flight.
〜
What medical prerequisites are there for PADI Courses ?
Before embarking on a dive trip, all customers are required to complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire form in accordance with the provided guidelines and requirements.
〜
Is strong swimming ability a prerequisite for scuba diving?
To scuba dive, you don’t need to be an expert swimmer, but basic swimming abilities are necessary. For all PADI courses, it is essential to have basic swimming skills and feel comfortable in the water. Being able to swim with confidence will enhance your overall diving experience and safety.
〜
Can I dive if I have a history of certain medical conditions?
Certain medical conditions affecting the sinuses, ears, heart, or respiratory function may raise concerns, but in some cases, you can still dive. You will need to fill out a medical questionnaire and consult with your doctor. The Diver Alert Network (DAN) can also be involved in evaluating your fitness to dive.
〜
Can I still dive after not diving for over a year?
If you haven’t dived in over a year as a certified diver, we require you to do a refresher course. This will involve revisiting some basic skills and safety guidelines before proceeding with two fun dives.
〜
Can I still dive if I can’t find my certification card?
If you have a PADI certification, we can usually verify it through the PADI database. However, if you hold a certification with another agency like SSI, NAUI, TDI, CMAS, BSAC, etc., you will need to provide your logbook or complete a liability disclaimer form – please inform us during the booking.
〜
Can I dive if my certification is not from PADI?
Absolutely, we accept divers with certifications other than PADI. Just make sure to bring proof of your qualification, such as your certification card or e-card.

What depth do we dive to?
The depth of the dives depends on your dive group’s certification depth limit (Scuba Diver 12m, Open Water 18m, Deep Adventure Diver, and Advanced Open Water 30m). It will also be influenced by the site, as some sites may not exceed 16m. While we attempt to group divers with similar depth limits, it may not always be possible.

Can my non-diving companions accompany me on the boat?
Absolutely! Your companions have the option to join the boat for an additional charge or participate in our snorkeling excursion.
〜
What is the policy if I miss my scheduled dives?
If you have not provided us with the recommended 48 hours notice, your payment will not be refunded.
〜
Can I still dive if I wear glasses?
Certainly! There are multiple choices for people who wear glasses. You can opt for contact lenses, preferably daily disposables to account for any potential loss during mask skills. Another great option is a prescription mask, which can be custom-made to suit your eyesight needs. It’s recommended to have your own prescription mask, as finding a suitable rental mask to match your specific requirements might be challenging.
〜
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a towel, swimwear, cash for the national park fee, shoes that are easily taken off. Make sure you are sun-safe with a hat, sun cream lotion. If you bring a smartphone or tablet it might be a good idea to put it in a dry bag for the day to make sure it doesn’t accidently get wet.
